Artiste, born in St.Petersburg, Russia. Graduated in 1960 from St.Petersburg's Fine Arts Académia and admitted as a member of the Russain Artists' Federation. Taught art at St.Petersburg's Fine Arts School until 1972.

Established himself as a respected artist in Paris, France in 1992 - with preference to work from his studio in rural Normandie.

Showed his painting in group and private exhibitions and galleries, from 1956 onwards in Russia, France and various orher countries. His paintings have taken place in national museums and important private collections.
Khomenko's guiding mentor master artists are the works of Tiziano and Poussin.
